Domestic Shipping
All orders within the contiguous United States ship complimentary via FedEx Express. In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, provided payment is verified before 2 PM EST. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship securely to a wide range of countries worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with all customs and import regulations in their destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon delivery. For international shipping inquiries or estimated delivery timeframes, please contact us directly.
General Shipping Information
Every timepiece is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders are carefully packaged with premium materials to protect your watch in transit. A signature is required upon delivery.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to Virginia addresses, calculated on the order total including shipping and handling.
Returns & Exchanges
Client satisfaction is our priority. If a timepiece does not meet your expectations, returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will be refused and specific return instructions will be provided upon request.
Items Eligible for Return
A return will be accepted if the timepiece is not as described, arrives damaged, or does not function as intended.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Special-order and final sale items are not eligible for return. Items damaged by the buyer after delivery are not eligible for return. In select cases, we may accept a return subject to a restocking fee of 10-15%.
Refund Terms
To qualify for a refund, the timepiece must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. All original packaging, documentation, books, papers, and tags must be included. If the watch was sold with manufacturer's protective stickers intact or in unworn condition, please do not remove the stickers or wear the piece until you are certain you wish to keep it, as doing so may affect the final refund amount.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt of your return, we reserve 72 hours for inspection. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. In the unlikely event of a lost return package, an insurance claim will be filed and the refund will be issued once the claim is resolved.
