General Shipping Information
Thorough Inspection: Every timepiece is meticulously inspected by our experts before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Secure Packaging: Your order is carefully packaged with premium materials to protect it during transit. Delivery Confirmation: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your watch reaches you safely.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated on the order total, including shipping and handling, for deliveries within Florida.

TWO DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Client satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to deliver a positive shopping experience. In the event the item does not meet your expectations, the return must be initiated within 48 hours of the date your item was delivered. You must notify us clearly with your return intention, and specific instructions will be provided on how to proceed. Please do not send back purchased items without speaking to us first; as all unauthorized returns will be refused.

If condition of the timepiece or item is not as described, or the item is broken
or does not function as intended.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Timepieces that are sourced as special-order timepieces are not eligible for return. Final sale items or items damaged by the end user are not eligible for return. We may choose to accept the return minus a reasonable restock fee of 10%-15% on a case by case basis.
REFUND TERMS
Please be informed that to qualify for a refund, the item must be in the EXACT condition in which it was received. You must return any and all packaging, books, papers, tags that were included with the item when originally sold. If specific item has manufacture protective stickers or in new condition when purchased, please refrain from removing them and wearing the item until you absolutely sure you keeping it since final payout may be affected if stickers removed and timepiece has been worn.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your item, we reserve 72hrs for item inspection for any signs of wear or damage which may adversely affect the refund. Once inspection is completed the refund will be process to the original payment method. In the very unlikely event of return package loss, an insurance claim will be filed and refund will only be issued after claim is processed. Once refund is approved for payout, please allow 5 days for funds to be processed back to original payment method.
