All of the timepieces I sell are guaranteed to be authentic and in proper working order. All watches purchased though Ebay & Grailzee are authenticated through their respective Authentication Programs. If you purchase a piece that you feel is inauthentic, please submit proof via an inspection report from a certified watchmaker though the "Contact" section of this site, or by contacting me directly. I will work with you to rectify the issue immediately.

Once the report has been verified, I will provide you with a return shipping label to mail the watch back to me. If the watch has been altered from it original condition at the point of sale (movement swapped, grossly damaged, etc) I reserve the right to refuse the refund, and ship the watch back to the purchaser. 

I warranty all watches sold for a period of 12 months. If your timepiece begins malfunctioning, or stops working within the 12 month window, I will cover the cost of repairs for you. Simply ship the watch back to me with a prepaid label that I will provide, and I will handle the rest. I will keep you abreast on the status of the repairs, and promptly ship the watch back once complete!

I cannot cover the cost of repair due to negligence, abuse, or deliberate damage to the watch. If the watch is still under the original factory warranty I recommend you to service the watch at an authorized repair facility.

If after a while, you'd like to trade in your timepiece toward one that I have in stock, or if you'd prefer to sell a watch back; as long as it is in the original condition it was at the point of sale (minus regular wear from usage) I will happily give you an offer that is more competitive than one you would receive from most jewelers or "gray market" dealers. 

Depending on the values of the pieces, I also accept direct trades for something I have in stock!

If you'd like to take the hassle out of watch buying, consider hiring me to do all of the leg work for you! With a non-refundable 15% or $2500 deposit (dependent of watch value) toward the final price of the watch; I will find you the best match based on your search parameters. If after 60 days I am still unable to find the piece, I will refund your deposit.
